Our Ashtanga timetable is as follows: *Tues - Ashtanga orientated post natal yoga for mum and baby at 13:00 - all levels - held at Yoga Shala, London Road, Sharrow *Wed - Ashtanga Yoga at 19:30 - all levels - held at Hathersage Primary School, School Lane, Hathersage *Thurs - Ashtanga Yoga at 19:30 - for beginners 20:35 - for intermediates - held at The Buddhist Centre, South Road, Walkley *Fri - Ashtanga Yoga - for intermediates at 09:45 - held at Yoga Shala, London Road, Sharrow *Sun - Ashtanga Yoga (Mysore Style) 18:00 - all levels - held at Yoga Shala, London Road, Sharrow
Our Hatha timetable is as follows:
*Wed - Hatha Yoga at 09:45 - all levels - held at Handsworth Parish Community Centre, Handsworth Road, Handsworth
